Helping new parents and newborns thrive with 1:1 postpartum doula support 

I’m Laura (she/her/hers), a certifying Postpartum Doula inspired to provide support to new parents after experiencing first-hand the magic that comes with having a postpartum doula in your corner.

I’m a seasoned communications professional, leading marketing projects for some of the world's biggest brands in Ireland, Australia and Canada. 

Meeting new people, nurturing relationships and mentoring has always been a passion point for me but when I gave birth to my son and experienced the benefit of having a postpartum doula, something just clicked for me and I knew it was something I wanted to pursue.

To help new parents during such a vulnerable time to feel confident in their skills and decisions, is such a special gift. I’m here to support you so that you feel informed, empowered and at ease. 

Those first few months are tough, there’s no denying that, but if I can help you and your family smile more and sleep better, that’s an absolute joy for me.

When you work with me, you’ll have a judgement-free expert to lean on when it comes to your newborn and new parent concerns. This can range from breastfeeding challenges to burping techniques and infant play. We can also talk about coping and communication skills at home and how to ensure you’re getting the support you need. My time with you is completely customized to your needs and if you’re just a bit too tired to pinpoint what they are, I’ll lead the way.
